ORDERS, PAYMENTS & DELIVERY TERMS
1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
All WAMSpaces products are custom-manufactured based on confirmed client requirements and specifications. As production and material procurement commence upon order confirmation, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once the process has begun. Accordingly, payments made toward confirmed orders shall be non-refundable.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed prior to product dispatch, delivery, and installation. WAMSpaces reserves the right to withhold shipment or installation until payment has been received in full.
3. Delivery Delays Beyond Control
While WAMSpaces strives to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including shipping disruptions, logistics restrictions, natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen events — may occur and shall not constitute a breach of obligation.
